Q: How do I place an order? Is a contract provided?
A: You can order directly through Made-in-China.com or contact us via email/chat. A formal contract and Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued to ensure secure transactions.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer). Other methods can be discussed.
Q: How soon will my order ship after payment?
A: Standard orders ship within 3-25 working days after receiving deposit. Custom orders depend on production time.

A: We offer sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (DHL, FedEx, etc.). Costs are based on weight, volume, and destination. FOB or CIF terms available.
Q: Can I track my shipment?

Q: Who handles customs clearance and import duties?
